GIVEAWAY: Angie Gorr: Custom3 Fit 50/50 Workout Review & Giveaway

This giveaway is now closed. Check out my current giveaways here

Angie Gorr, a certified group instructor, released her premiere workout, 50/50 Cardio and Weights after analyzing many workouts and finding what works. Custom3 Fit workouts offer three levels of intensity so that, no matter your fitness level, you can find a fit that is right for you. After years of struggling with her own weight and other medical issues, Angie was determined to turn her life around and through the pursuit of fitness, she did just that. Now it is her mission to help others achieve their fitness goals as well.

Custom3 Fit 50/50 Cardio and Weights is a sixty minute circuit workout. Designed to be adaptable to all fitness levels, this workout is led bu Angie Gorr who is joined by three background exercisers. Each of the background exercisers perform the workout at a specific intensity level so no matter your fitness level, you can choose who you want to follow. For the workout you will need a set of light to medium hand weights. The workout is divided into five aerobic segments. The resistance portion of the workout is also chaptered by muscle groups targeted in the segment. Each segment also includes an on-screen timer so you know how much time you have left in that particular segment. From the main menu you will be able to access the chapter menu as well as an Introduction and Safety Guidelines chapter. The workout also includes a Play All option which begins with the cardio workout and ends with the weight segments.

Custom3 Fit 50/50 Cardio and Weights begins with a dynamic warm-up to wake up the body and prepare it for the workout. Each of the cardio segments begins with the basic level one movement. Angie gradually adds the progressions in for each intensity level. Each of the cardio segments consists of three to four exercises, performed for approximately thirty seconds, and then repeated twice through. The weight segments in the workout use lighter weights with higher repetitions to fatigue the muscles. For each of the levels, the background exercisers adjust either the range of motion or the amount of resistance used to increase or decrease the intensity.

Custom3 Fit 50/50 Cardio and Weights is a thorough, fun and versatile cardio and weights circuit workout. The workout is great for all fitness levels and offers customization to fit an exercisers schedule or workout preferences.  Angie does a great job cuing the workout, encouraging the exerciser, offering form pointers and motivation.
