Duck Pond Cake and Honeyed PB Whole Grain Waffles Recipe


Duck Pond Cake: Made this cake for a birthday. She has ducks hence the duck pond....Its pineapple coconut cake, filling, and buttercream. Today's Recipe: Honeyed PB & B Whole Grain Waffles
~2 low fat whole grain frozen waffles 
~2 tsp all natural nut butter (I use almond)
~2 tsp raw honey
~1/2 sliced banana

*Toast waffles & top with nut butter, jam, and sliced banana. Enjoy!
