MANNA BREAD® is remarkably simple and wholesome, made entirely from sprouted organic grains, seeds, fruits & nuts. It contains no salt, leavening, yeast, oil, or sweeteners. By fully germinating theirr grains, they convert the starches into easily digested natural complex sugars, similar to those found in fresh fruits, hence the sweetness. I had the absolute pleasure of trying Manna Breads: Carrot Raisin, Banana Walnut Hemp, Cinnamon Date, and Multigrain. I cant decided which I like best- they are all so moist, delicious, and full of flavor. Both DH & I loved them! Which is saying a lot because DH is not a fan of most healthy foods LOL! We have been enjoying the Banana Walnut Hemp toasted and topped with a little almond butter for a quick and filling breakfast. We also love the Cinnamon Date topped with a dab of butter and sprinkled with cinnamon. The Carrot Raisin is delicious toasted as a post workout snack and we love using the Multigrain for our lunch sandwiches.
